The National Civics Bee is open to 6th, 7th, and 8th graders in participating states. Entry is free and open to public, private, charter, and homeschool students alike. 2027 applications are now open.
The National Civics Bee
The National Civics Bee® is an annual competition that inspires young Americans to engage in civics and contribute to their communities. Join us in this nonpartisan initiative to enhance civic literacy, skills, and participation.
National Championship
Friends, family, classmates, teachers, and more virtual viewers across the country can tune in on October 14 to cheer on finalists representing 50 states, D.C., and American Samoa.
