Civic Day of Action is an opportunity for employees to practice the skills they learned during Civics Academy through in-person volunteer projects. Employees dedicate time to strengthening their communities by addressing local needs, fostering social connection, and creating positive change. Through hands-on service, employees gain a deeper understanding of the challenges facing their communities while practicing skills they developed during Civics Academy like teamwork and problem-solving.
