Meet Logan T.: Future Chief Justice and Advocate for Creative Learning
Hometown: Brea, California
Competition Host(s): Yorba Linda Chamber of Commerce and Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Institute

Logan T. is passionate about finding new ways to help students succeed in the classroom. For his National Civics Bee® essay, he focused on creative learning, exploring how innovative teaching methods can make education more engaging and effective for students.
When he’s not thinking about ways to improve education, Logan enjoys practicing Jiu-Jitsu, a sport that teaches discipline, perseverance, and problem-solving. He has also had a unique experience that few people can claim: delivering the game ball at an Angels baseball game.
A fan of history, Logan’s favorite historical figure is Thomas Jefferson. He appreciates Jefferson’s role in shaping the nation and his contributions to American government. Closer to home, Logan’s biggest inspiration is his dad, whom he considers his personal hero.
Looking ahead, Logan has ambitious goals. He dreams of becoming Chief Justice, combining his interest in history, government, and the law to serve his country and uphold justice.
When he’s not studying, training, or exploring civic issues, Logan enjoys one of his favorite foods: sushi.
The National Civics Bee celebrates students like Logan who are using their ideas, leadership, and civic engagement to help build stronger communities. We are proud to recognize him as a California State Finalist.
